蒜头油的制作

 


材料:
蒜头:一整个半,切成细末; 油:10大匙;

Ingredients
1.5 cloves of garlic
10 tbsp cooking oil
做法:
1. 油温稍微热,倒入蒜末,全程中小火;
2. 煸炒至微黄时,关火,
借由油温的热度,继续让蒜末煸成金黄后,捞起滤干油.

滤出来的油就是香喷喷的蒜油了~
蒜末渣,要保留,可以用来拌干捞面吃,拌在炒好的青菜上都很好吃.

Method:
1.  Remove the skin of the garlic;
2.  Chop them into tiny pieces;
3.  Use medium flame to heat a wok, add in the cooking oil and heat oil until hot;
4.  Reduce the flame and add in the chopped garlic;
5.  Fry until the garlic turn light brown in color;
6.  Make sure the garlic is not burnt, otherwise the garlic will taste bitter;
7.  dish and drain the oil, Let it cool down;
8.  Any excess garlic oil can be kept in a covered container
