芹菜牛肉辣辣吃


这是我和老公最喜爱的一道料理,
今天晚餐光吃它,
营养就百分百啦!
哈哈哈.


先吃饱的我在厨房清洗锅具.

听到老公边美美享用这道料理,
边在那自言自语:
“嗯,我老婆煮东西真好吃,
以后我要对她更好些~”

我在心中偷笑,
看来抓住老公的胃,就是抓住他的心,
这句话是对的!
哈哈哈...

其实不是我煮得好,
而是他已经习惯我烹饪的味道了.

令我不禁想起这句古老的话:
“执子之手,与子偕老”


材料:
牛肉300g,切薄片;芹菜1棵,切斜块;红萝卜半根,切薄片;
红辣椒2条,切斜片;小米椒2条,切末;蒜头8瓣,切成蒜末.

调味料:
蚝油1大匙;酱油1大匙;盐1小匙;糖1小匙, 清水200ml

腌肉料:
酱油1大匙;绍兴酒1大匙;鸡蛋1整个;太白粉1匙;

Ingredients: 
300g beef
8 stalks celery, sectioned
1/2carrot, sliced
2 red chill, chopped
2 chill padi, chopped
8 pips garlic, chopped

Seasoning: 
1tbsp oyster sauce; 1tbsp light soya sauce; 1tsp salt; 1tsp sugar; 200ml water

Marianades: 
1tbsp light soya sauce; 1tbsp cooking wine; 1egg; 1tsp cornflour



做法:
1.首先将牛肉片用腌肉料腌制半个小时;
2.锅中倒入2大匙油,待油温2分热后,加入蒜末及辣椒末中小火煸香;
3.然后将腌好的牛肉片及腌肉料一起倒入锅中,炒至稍微变色;
4.接着将芹菜块和红萝卜片加入,翻炒片刻,再加入所有的调味料及水中大火翻炒均匀和入味即可.
(芹菜要保持三分脆度为最佳.)  

Method: 
1. beef, keep in a bowl, pour in marinades and marinate for approximately 30 minutes;
2. heat up wok and add in 2tbsp oil, saute garlic and chillies until fragrant;
3. add in beef together with the marinade sauce, stir fry until half cooked;
4. add in celery and carrot and all seasoning stir-fry in medium to high heat until gravy is thicken, dish up.

  1. I like this dish very much! Make me so inspired to cook it. So far, I haven't tried to stir fry beef, I only cook it in curry and stew. Must try, must try!
