甘榜江鱼仔参巴

kampung style sambal anchovies

味道、口感、香气
都一致过关~

以前早上上班时喜欢买椰浆饭当早餐,
很喜欢那个江鱼仔参巴,
总希望马来老板能给多点.

现在自己学会做了,
想吃多少就吃多少~
嘻嘻,真高兴....

食谱取自咖哩香第P53页.

材料:                                                           ingredients:
江鱼仔:150g                                               anchovies:150g
炒香花生米:100g (可选择)                          fried peanuts: 100g (option)
红辣椒:2条                                                  red chillies: 2 
朝天椒:2条                                                  chilly padi: 2
洋葱:1个,切片.                                         big onion (sliced): 1
马来西亚基本参巴糊:6大匙                      malaysian sambal paste: 6 tbsp

做法:method:
1.先把江鱼仔洗净,沥干. 放入热油(油量约120ml)内中小火半煎半炸至松脆,取出.
1. wash the anchovies, remove to drain. 
    heat up oil (oil about 120ml)for deep-frying anchovies until golden brown, dish and drain.


2. 在锅中留2大匙炸江鱼仔的油,中火炒香洋葱及辣椒;
3. 加入马来西亚基本参巴拌炒均匀;
4. 最后加入炒香的花生米和炸江鱼仔,取出即可食用.
小贴士:此道料理最后待冷后吃会更入味,也可以提前一天煮好.

2. leave 2 tbsp fry anchovies oil in wok, saute onion and chilli until fragrant;
3. add in malaysian sambal paste and stir-fry well;
4. add in fried peanuts, fried anchovies and stir-fry evenly, remove and serve.

tip: it is better to serve this dish when cooled, or you may cook it one day ahead.


One thing is for sure:
one bowl of rice is definitely not enough : p
yummy...

    if we lived next door to each other,
    i will put a lot of Ikan bilis sambal into a big big container and bring it to your house.
    and nasi lemak rice as well.
    hahaha....

      If you plan to travel to Malaysia one day,
      nasi lemak、Ikan bilis sambal,and so on,
      all are amazing food, dont miss out oh!!hahaha...
