白菜酸辣汤


前几天,跟老公的兄弟姐妹们在一家泰国餐厅聚餐,
点了一道非常开胃的酸辣汤.
又酸又辣又鲜甜,
个个都在那“斯啊,斯啊”,
不一会儿功夫,就喝出一身辣汗,真的超爽的~,
哈哈哈.

回来还依然对它日思夜想的,馋死我了~
没办法,
只好自己动手试试看好了.

做好后,
模仿周杰伦的说话的口气说:
“aiyo, 不错噢,有像哦!口味还满接近的嘛."

酱辣,如果让周杰伦喝上一口,
肯定能让他把他Hip-pop版的双节棍立刻唱成优美的京剧唱腔!
哈哈哈....


材料:
大白菜1棵中等大,切块状; 西红柿4-5个,切块状;鲜虾300g, 有头的更好,连壳,切半;
红辣椒2条;小米椒4条;香茅3根,拍扁;疯甘叶数片,撕开口;清水400ml;

Ingredients:
1 whole Chinese cabbage, about 1kg, cleaned and drained, cut into thick strips;
4 or 5 tomatoes, cut into 4 wedges;
300g big prawns, cut into half (with shell);
2 red chillies (chopped)
2 chilli padi (chopped)
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed;
5 or 6 pieces kafir lime leaf;
400ml water
调味料:
鱼露1茶匙;酸柑汁2大匙;糖4大匙;盐3大匙. (只供参考,请按个人酸甜口味蘸酌)

Seasoning: 
1tsp fish sauce; 2 tbsp lime juice; 4tbsp sugar; 3tbsp salt (to taste);

做法:
1. 锅中2大匙油,待油温热后,加入所有辣椒和香茅煸至香;
2. 将疯柑叶和西红柿加入翻炒均匀至西红柿变得沙沙的感觉;
3. 然后加入大白菜块及酸柑汁翻炒均匀,盖上锅盖中小火煮至白菜稍微变软及冷冻酸柑块溶解;
(平时酸柑便宜时,多买些回来,挤出汁,分批倒入保鲜袋中,放入冰块格中冷冻,需要时可以随时取出,很方便.)

Method: 
1.heat up 2 tbsp oil, saute all chillies and lemongrass until fragrant;
2. add in kafir lime leaf and tomatoes and stir well for 3 minutes;
3. then put in Chinese cabbage, lime juice and simmer for 3minutes until the cabbage a bit soft;
(use the lime juice make ice cubes in an ordinary ice cube tray before you need it. and can keep in the fridge for months. )


4. 倒入清水及所有调味料,加入虾仁,水滚后,中小火煮个7-8分钟即可盛盘. (按个人口味调咸淡)

4.  pour in water, add in prawns and fish sauce、sugar and salt and bring to boil, lower the heat and continue to simmer for 7 to 8 minutes.


"si ha, si ha" so hot~

    是啊,泰国餐馆里的酸辣汤,我一喝就爱上它了,酸酸辣辣超爽的,哈哈哈.
    英国应该也有泰国餐厅吧? 蚊子周末就找一家来先解解馋吧~
    像咱们这样重口味的人就是爱这样的酸辣的感觉厚~哈哈哈

  3. Is this like tom yam soup? I love hot and sour soup because it is very appetizing. Can drink and drink the whole bowl :)

      me too,i can drink the whole bowl too,hahaha...
      in restaurant,this dish is called : tomyam campur.
      i like food have strong taste, hehehe. so after come back, i just imitate it.
      and purposely add more chilli, just wanna to give the soup an extra kick of spicy flavor :p
