干煸365日鸡

好吃到让你吮指的-干煸365日鸡


我微笑地说:“好久不见!”

你默契接话道:“非常想念!”

我们相互对笑,走近对碰一下肩膀,

一起往前走去...



在要回马的前一天晚上,
妈妈杀了四只养了一整年的大肥鸡.
挨个放入一大锅水中,
煮至外熟内生,取出钓起滴干油水后,
便里外三成的包裹好,
冷冻过夜.

第二天
我是左手两只鸡,右手两只鸡的
摇摇晃晃飞回来的.

沉甸甸的父爱母爱啊~
老的疼小的,中国自古以来都是从上往下疼.

让我们从今以后,
要从下往上疼吧:)



食材:蒜头1整个,切成细末;
姜1小块,切薄片(唉,这天刚好家里没有姜了);

一整只鸡,约2公斤左右,正在化冰中....


 第一次自己斩鸡,妈妈在电话里让我拿到巴刹给鸡贩帮忙斩.
 我想,人总要学会长大,还是自己来吧.

斩到这里时,我把‘宝刀’放下,
喘口气,顺手拍张照~
还有一原因是,
真的不知道下一步该怎么进行了...

 1分钟沉思,
深呼吸,
闭眼持刀,心无旁骛,挥刀乱舞...
 不管成果,只要成块就行.

(过后在心里很用力的想:我这辈子都不想再干这种杀鸡不眨眼的事啦!!!)


 1.一大匙油,热锅,将蒜末中火煸香至微焦黄;
2.将所有鸡肉块加入转大火翻炒均匀;


 3.沿着锅边呛入约200毫升的鲜味酱油,倒入1大匙的蚝油,继续大火翻炒;
(调味料的量需根据鸡块的份量作调整)


炒啊炒啊炒,炒到鸡块收干入味,鸡油也分离出来,即可盛盘.

有些美味是用言语无法形容的~

    蚊子我也是不会斩鸡...妈妈却告诉我上YouTube学!哈哈!竟然让我学会了... :p
    家里每次吃不完的白斩鸡也是这样煮的~但是在这里全都是恐龙,没剩了..哈哈

    1. 是啊,蚊子,养了一整年能不大嘛,而且鸡肉很香、很有嚼劲,我最喜欢鸡皮啦!嘻嘻嘻...
      恐龙?!哈哈哈,是侏罗纪里的恐龙吗?那你要很有钱才养得起他们哦,哈哈哈...
      我觉得斩鸡用的刀一定要超级大,超级锋利的那种~蚊子手力若不够大,就让恐龙来帮忙斩吧,嘻嘻嘻...

  3. Hello, my friend! Sorry ah...the Google translator very funny woh! I laughing, laughing all the way. But I think I know what is this chicken dish. It is delicious! Will try it. I don't know how to chop chicken and I use kitchen scissors. Not as nice as chopping. I always admire how the chicken rice man chops the chicken :)

      I always feel guilty for wasting your time to use translator for understand my Chinese words.
      the google translator often make me laugh too, well, never mind,
      as long as laughing helps to make us look happier and healthier,right? hahaha...
      i am using the big sharp knife to chop chicken. i believe after you try and success,
      you will never want to use scissors to cut chicken anymore. hahaha....
      yeah,when i go to market to buy chicken. hahaha...i looked at them how to chop the chicken into pieces,
      then i try to remember step by step,that is where i learn from.hehehe...

    2. It is ok, don't worry, I like laughing. Next time on my post, I will tell story about my Mandarin class in school. Ok, I try using sharp knife next time. Just need to practice a lot. Hope I don't mess up my kitchen hah! hah!
