全麦黑芝麻饼干
十年前买的《孟老师100到手工饼干》一书,
在书橱里一直以摆设品的价值存在着.
十年后的今天,
我决定不再忽略它.
就这样,
今晚开始着手于书中的第一道饼干.
口感外脆内酥~
真的非常非常好吃!!!
我用右手食指和中指刮了刮右侧的眉毛
对饼干说:
“你让我对你刮目相看噢!”.^^
不过还是允许我发一下牢骚:

看看这段时间做的这些年饼,

配方取自食谱书《孟老师100道手工饼干》
分量约60片
材料:无盐奶油250g;细砂糖165g;盐1g;香草精1g;全鸡蛋3个;
低筋面粉300g;泡打粉1g;全麦面粉90g;黑芝麻25g;
[makes 60 pieces]
Ingredients:
250g butter
165g castor sugar
1g salt
1g vanilla essence
3 eggs
300 low protein flour
1g baking powder
90g whole wheat flour
25g black sesame seeds

做法:
1.无盐奶油放在室温下软化后,分别加入细砂糖、盐及香草精用电动搅拌器打均匀;

1.Beat butter with sugar、salt and vanilla essence until light and fluffy.

2.分三次加入全蛋,继续用搅拌器打发呈均匀的奶油糊;
2.Add in eggs one at a time, continue to beat until well combined.
3.Add sifted low protein flour and baking powder, then continue add in whole wheat flour and black sesame seeds mix evenly until mixture forms a dough.
4.用小汤匙取适量的面糊约15g左右,直接舀在烤盘上,放入已预热好的180度的烤箱中烘烤约25分钟左右,熄火后继续用余温焖10分钟左右.
4.Drop a spoon of dough onto baking tray lined with parchment paper, leaving some space in between dough.
Baked in preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 25 minutes or golden brown.
For a crispy purpose, after switch off the oven,continue leave cookies inside the oven for about 10 minutes.
Very nice cookies! Do we have to toast the black sesame seeds first?

straight away can add inside.

删除每次做完一种年饼只是在为了试味道吃那么几块,
第二天就都被送朋友亲戚了。
有些还没时间pos出来,最近还要继续赶做,年要到了不是。
总之,毛毛虫家里的烤箱所用的电费是平时的好几倍,哈哈哈。
这个年过得,好忙好累!呼...
